ACCOMMODATION

 

Burgas Free University does not have dormitories at its disposal to accommodate its students. Students usually rent a room or an apartment in the town. The prices vary depending on the town district, where the lodgings are situated, their size, whether they are furnished or not, the term of renting, the ratio US dollar – BG lev, the way of payment. Students may rent a room from an apartment or a house, or they can live with a landlord. If you wish and if you have the money, you can rent a small apartment (a room with a kitchen), two-room or three-room apartments. The prices of the small apartments vary between 40 and 100 Euro. The furnished apartments in the central part of the city are more expensive. A two-room apartment is offered at prices between 75 and 150 Euro per month in the central city part, and between 65 and 150 Euro in the residential complexes of blocks. A three-room apartment rent costs between 90 and 150 Euro in the residential complexes, and between 120 and 300 Euro in the city centre.

 

The first days after their arrival, the students can be temporarily accommodated at a hotel. Prices vary from 38 tî 80 Euro per night for a single room in a 3-star hotel, and between 35 and 55 Euro in a 2-star hotel, including breakfast. Prices of double rooms vary from 40 to 60 Euro for the whole room.
