International scientific conference "100 years since the birth of Prof. Alexander Yankov Phd"
The Faculty of Legal Studies of Burgas Free University is organizing a scientific conference with international participation on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the famous Bulgarian laywer Prof. Alexander Yankov, PhD, Doctor Honoris Causa of Burgas Free University. The Conference will be held at the end of June, 2024.
The working languages of the conference are Bulgarian and English.

Important deadlines:
- Registration and abstract submission – May 15, 2024.
- Early-bird conference fee transfer deadline – May 15, 2024.
- Conference fee transfer deadline – June 1, 2024.
- Submission of full paper or case deadline – July 15, 2024.
Registration:
The Registration for the Conference can be done only electronically through the registration form available at the Conference link visible on the web page of Burgas Free University HERE!
The submission of an abstract in English is required for successful registration. The abstract should consist of 50-100 words. The confirmation for registration will be sent within a week to the e-mail address indicated by the participant.
All the papers submitted should be typed in Times New Roman (10 point) with single-spacing and should not exceed 8 pages (5 000 words) MS Word documents. The names of the author(s), the institution and the e-mail addresses of the authors should be clearly stated on the first page of the paper.
The submission of the papers to be published and any other questions related to the conference should be sent to lawconf@bfu.bg. All the papers and cases will be published in a certain book of the Conference.
Participation fees:
The participation fee is 100 EUR, (for early registration until September 15th the fee 80 EUR) and has to be transferred to the bank account of BFU:
