The discussion outlined the tradition in our country dating back to consumer cooperatives, and showing the achievements in promoting entrepreneurship among students. The blue growth and the marine topic are more and more open to the quadruple helix dimensions of education and society, with the efforts and achievements in Burgas focused on that.
