Programme Profile:
Master degree program in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology aims at developing multidisciplinary competences through matching of HRM innovative methods and tools and psychological approaches for effective, efficient and ethic problem solving for the purposes of organization of labor. Knowledge and skills acquired in the program are universal and can be applied in any type of organization.
Graduates of Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology can work as:
- functional managers in the management hierarchy in the area of HRM in business and public organizations
- consultants and experts in HRM and organizational psychology
- experts in supervisory authorities
- specialists in recruitment companies.
Requirements and Length of Study:
Graduates in professional fields 3.7. Administration and Management and 3.8. Economics study for two semesters (one year) and write a Master’s thesis. Graduates in other professional fields can enroll in the Programme after passing a foundation (preparatory) module of subjects.
Admission:
Admission is based on a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Diploma.
