REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLICATION

Only papers that have not been published elsewhere are accepted. The text should not have been published in a similar form or content and should not be in a process of approval or publication in another research journal. The authors should sign a declaration on the above at the time of submitting the article/paper to the Editorial Office of the JOURNAL OF LEGAL STUDIES.
After receiving a positive review authors should complete a form, containing brief information, accompanying the publication.

Brief Information about the author (not exceeding 10 lines)

• Academic title and rank
• Place of work
• Areas of scientific interest
• Most significant publications (monographs, textbooks, studies, articles)
• e-mail address for contacts
