BFU Hosts the Award Ceremony for the “European Kangaroo” Competition

On 12 May, the “East” Hall of Burgas Free University hosted the official award ceremony for students and teachers who achieved top results in the international mathematics competition “European Kangaroo”.

The event was held under the patronage of Valentina Kamalieva, Head of the Regional Department of Education – Burgas, and brought together students, teachers, parents, and representatives of the educational community in the region, united by their commitment to knowledge, logical thinking, and high academic achievement.

On behalf of Burgas Free University, the ceremony was attended by Vice‑Rector Prof. Dr. Maria Alexieva, who congratulated the awarded students and their teachers for their accomplishments and for their dedication to mastering mathematical knowledge and skills.

This year’s host of the competition in Burgas was Petko Rosen Secondary School, and the award ceremony turned into a celebration of talent, perseverance, and the pursuit of growth.
