The Blue Port Index for BSEC Countries (Blue for Black) project aims to enhance the contribution of ports to the blue economy and to promote sustainable maritime practices through the Blue Port Index (BPI). The Index evaluates ports based on key criteria such as sustainability, connectivity, and infrastructure resilience, providing a scientific basis for comparison and policy development across BSEC member states.
