17 students from 6 to 17 years old from the Bulgarian National University "St. Cyril and Methodius", Valladolid, Spain, were guests at the Burgas Free University. They met with Bulgarian language teachers from the university. All of them spoke with inspiration about Bulgaria, their favorite cities, meetings with grandparents, and friends from their hometowns and villages. They spoke in pure and beautiful Bulgarian. Prof. Dr. Galya Hristozova took them on a tour of the university and showed them several large halls, the atrium, language rooms, computer rooms, the radio studio, and the television studio. The children did not hide their admiration for the beautiful and clean building, the mosaics, and the drawings on the walls. They expressed their desire to study here someday, especially since the school principal, Kristina Statkova, has completed a master's program in Preschool and Primary School Pedagogy at the Burgas Free University and has developed a thesis on the study of the Bulgarian language in their school. They also followed with interest the photos with the history of the construction of the building.

The children answered all the questions related to the history of Bulgaria, the Bulgarian language and literature, which the hosts had prepared for them. At the end of the meeting, they wished to perform the Bulgarian anthem and with burning eyes and a hand on their heart they sang inspiredly. Finally, they greeted the hosts with a traditional Bulgarian horo and hot flamenco.

The visit ended with a promise of new meetings. The event is part of the activities to promote the work of the Bulgarian Free University under the project "Digital Transformation in Education in BEL (UchaBEL-4.0) under the Erasmus+, KA2, Strategic Partnerships in the Field of School Education program.

Hopefully, one of them will return as a student at the Burgas Free University, which they liked very much.
