Message from the Rectors of UNICoast and Burgas Free University for the International Black Sea Day

A video message  was released on the occasion of International Black Sea Day – October 31 by the Board of Rectors of the European University for Island, Port and Coastal Territories (UNICoast), with Burgas Free University as co-founder and the sole partner from the Black Sea basin.

The video was recorded on October 23 during the annual meeting of rectors at the leading European alliance University of Le Havre – Normandy in France, initiated by Prof. Dr. Milen Baltov, Rector of Burgas Free University. It served as a greeting to participants of the international forum “Black Sea 2030”, held the following day in Burgas, and as a message of goodwill to all residents of coastal territories and countries in the Black Sea region.
