NAOA elects Prof. Radostin Dolchinkov to the Technical Sciences Commission

Burgas Free University is pleased to announce that, by decision of the Accreditation Council of the National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency (NEAA) dated 21 May 2026, Prof. Dr. Eng. Radostin Dolchinkov has been appointed as a member of the Permanent Commission on Technical Sciences. Prof. Dolchinkov is a long‑standing Dean of the Center for Informatics and Technical Sciences, where he has contributed significantly to the development of engineering programmes, the modernization of curricula, and the strengthening of partnerships with the business and technology sectors. He is the author of scientific publications in the fields of computer systems, communications and technical sciences, a participant in national and international projects, and a recognized expert in higher education. His appointment to the Permanent Commission of NEAA is a recognition of his professionalism, academic authority and long‑standing contribution to the advancement of technical sciences in Bulgaria. The academic leadership of Burgas Free University congratulates Prof. Dolchinkov and wishes him success in this important national role.
