PhD Students from Burgas Free University Presented Their Research at a Scientific Conference
Assistant PhD students Milena Marinova, Dayana Terziyska, and Katina Lukova represented Burgas Free University at the event. The forum brought together young researchers and lecturers from various higher education institutions, focusing on contemporary trends in management, economics, and sustainable development.

Milena Marinova presented a report titled “Characteristics and Application of ESG Reporting”, dedicated to the role of environmental, social, and governance indicators in modern corporate reporting and sustainable business.

Katina Lukova participated with a report titled “Blue Marketing – A New Marketing Approach in the Context of the Blue Economy and the Organizations of the Future”, emphasizing the importance of sustainable marketing strategies for the development of marine and coastal economies.

Dayana Terziyska delivered a report titled “Intelligent Organizations: The Role of Human Resources in the Integration of Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable and Circular Business Models”, examining the role of human capital in the context of digital transformation and the green economy.
