Practical Labour Law Lecture with the participation of Kronospan Bulgaria

Students from the 3rd and 4th year of the Law programme at the Centre for Legal Studies of Burgas Free University showed great interest in today’s presentation by Velina Karanikolova, Human Resources Manager at Kronospan Bulgaria – Burgas.

During the meeting, the guest lecturer presented the company’s key policies in the field of human resource management. The students learned about good practices related to creating and maintaining a positive working environment, opportunities for professional development and employee training, performance evaluation and motivation systems, as well as the social benefits provided by the company.

The presentation sparked active interest and numerous questions from the students, who had the opportunity to discuss real cases from HR practice and connect theoretical knowledge with the realities of the business environment.

The event was held within the framework of the Labour Law course and is part of BSU’s ongoing efforts to provide practical training through meetings with representatives of leading companies and institutions.
