Seminar on Proceedings of Contentious Judicial Administration
The Faculty of Legal Studies at Burgas Free University has the pleasure of inviting you to a seminar on "Proceedings of Contentious Judicial Administration of Civil Relations."
The event will present several procedures of contentious judicial administration that hold significant legal and social relevance. Special emphasis will be placed on current trends in the development of case law, as well as the new developments and challenges it faces.
The guest speaker will be Dr. Teodora Deneva, a judicial assistant at the District Court of Burgas. Dr. Deneva is the author of a doctoral dissertation on "Contentious Judicial Administration of Civil Relations," successfully defended at the Faculty of Legal Studies of Burgas Free University.
The event offers an opportunity for an in-depth look into a specific and prominent area of civil law and procedure, as well as a platform for discussion on pressing issues regarding the evolution of judicial practice.
