Serious progress on the UchaBEL-4.0 project
The team of the project Digital Transformation in Bulgarian Language Education (UchaBEL-4.0) under the Erasmus+ Programme, KA2, Strategic Partnerships in the field of school education at Burgas Free University conducted a regular monitoring of the implementation of the regulated activities. Significant progress was reported.
The partner schools – Cultural Association “Parallel 43”, Rome, Italy; Bulgarian School for Native Language, Budapest, Hungary; Bulgarian Sunday School “Az Buki Vedi”, Cologne, Germany; and Bulgarian School “St. Cyril and St. Methodius” under the Heritage Languages & Cultures Foundation, Nicosia, Cyprus – have worked on their pre-assigned tasks.
Digital materials for Bulgarian language education were presented, in accordance with the resource distribution by levels of the language framework and topics based on the curricula developed by the Ministry of Education and Science. It now includes courses for each educational stage (pre-literacy, A1 and A2 levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), as well as a course with training materials on developing digital exercises and resources, and a chrestomathy with adapted texts and digital exercises.
A training seminar is scheduled to take place in November in Budapest. Project activities will continue until March 2026.
