Journal Business Directions
The journal "Business Directions" is a specialized academic publication of the Center for Economic and Management Sciences of the Burgas Free University, established in 2005. The journal is published twice a year in Bulgarian, with articles accompanied by summaries in English. Materials by foreign authors are published in English.
The journal "Business Directions" is a forum for the expression of ideas from different theoretical and methodological traditions, encourages pluralism in economic science and is open to scientific discussions. On the pages of the journal you can find articles and scientific communications that: illuminate and offer solutions to important problems of economic and management practice from the standpoint of modern scientific achievements; enrich discussions on the latest economic theories, approaches and methods and offer alternative solutions; examine the problems of the integration of the Bulgarian economy into the European Economic Area; examine interdisciplinary problems such as economics and management, law and economics, sociology and economics, technology and economics, etc.; support the organization of student education.
All materials in the journal are published after anonymous review and approval by the editorial board.
The journal "Business Directions" is included in the list of contemporary Bulgarian scientific publications, referenced and indexed in world-renowned databases of scientific information, and is presented in popular databases such as: ИНИОН РАН, Google Scholar, ZBW- German National Library of Economics Leibniz Information Centre for Economics, EBSCO, CEEOL, Scope Database.
