Journal of Legal Studies

"Journal of Legal Studies" is a publication of the Center for Legal Studies at the Burgas Free University. The journal has been published since 1993.

The mission of the journal "Legal Collection" is to be a publication in which current topics in theory and practice are discussed, in which original ideas can be developed and which reflects in-depth scientific research. The journal is oriented not only to familiarizing the legal community with the work and achievements of the lecturers from the Burgas Free University, but is also open to publishing interesting scientific works by scholars from other educational institutions and practicing lawyers, thus gaining national significance.

The goal of the journal is to establish itself as a field of expression of serious and original legal thought. In search of the significant and the debatable, the journal strives to provide space for the entire diversity of views in various areas of law, to analyze the most significant changes in society and law, and to give life to practically useful solutions.

The main principle of the journal is to create an opportunity for dialogue between different scientific communities and research areas, orienting its work towards the search for scientific truths and giving priority to academic originality.

Scope of the journal: it is intended for researchers, university professors, students of the specialties "Law" and "Public Administration", practicing lawyers.
